CV Force
With years of experience in trilingual and diverse work environments, I combine strategic vision with a pragmatic, people- and business-centred approach. I’ve faced the challenges and seized the opportunities of managing human resources across sectors and scales.
I work closely with CEOs and teams in SMEs, from one to several days a week, to define and implement HR strategies that foster both business growth and team development. My goal is to make HR a driver of efficiency, and collective success, and well-being.
In parallel, I offer individual coaching in Kraainem or on-site, supporting professionals who wish to clarify their life and career paths, improve work-life balance, or navigate professional relationships.
